Brad is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer who has acquired a wealth of engineering knowledge, skills and understanding over more than 40 years of educational, training, research and industrial experience across the system, product, asset and project lifecycles in the automotive, defence, maritime, aerospace, oil & gas and utilities sectors.

Dianne is a respected professional with over 25 years of experience as a Teacher, Senior Leader and Local Authority Consultant across all three primary school Key Stages in a number of challenging schools in Rotherham. Dianne now performs the Chair of the Governors role at Wath Victoria Primary School and acts as a primary school consultant offering to local schools, services that specialise in language and literacy.

Richard has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of software system and website design, development, testing, roll-out and in service support on a number of commercial and government programmes.
